About Us
Beginnings
Phil began working in his neighbourhood as a young boy, cutting lawns, helping neigbours, friends of his family and some elderly residents. He quickly gained a reputation as a hard worker -- honest and reliable. These traits are still relevant today. After experience working for a specialty lawn care service company led to Phil acquiring equipment and customers and opening Green Carpet Landscaping and Home Services. The business grew, but the formula didn't change, good service, reliability and very competitive pricing.

After a sod job of this enormous size the crew jokingly nicknamed Phil "The Sod Father".
Seniors Focus
Providing affordable services to seniors has always been a strong focus for the company, and is a major part of our operation. We not only service Seniors, we love helping Seniors!
Phil Yull is also a registered home service provider for Links2Care - an organization that provides access to services seniors need.
Phil's wife, Nanci, is also in the picture. An avid gardener, Nanci has a special eye for colour and planting and consults with Phil for planting designs and works on jobs as well.
